MERZ Dental - Promolux acrylic V10 1000g

Color-stable, heat-polymerizing plastic for the production of partial and complete dentures by injection and pressing/pressing.

Color:

• Pink transparent with veins

Composition:

• PMMA copolymer
• Dibenzoyl peroxide
• Organic dyes
• Inorganic pigments

For use in the following execution methods:

• Injection method according to the device manufacturer's information
• Conventional press-in-a-can technique

Dosage and method of use:

• Mixing proportions 30 g of powder: 10 ml of liquid
• Whenever possible, use class IV plaster for making models and embedding them.
• To isolate plaster from plastic, use an ordinary alginate insulator.
• When using the dosing aid, do not thicken the powder.
• Apply the monomer and add the polymer while tapping.
• Rub it well with a spatula for 30 seconds and then leave it covered until it swells.
• During the pressing or injection process, the can temperature should be < 30 °C.

Polymerization course:

• Heat the can in a water bath from room temperature to 70 °C.
• Hold at 70 °C for 30 to 60 minutes.
• Then heat to 100 °C.
• Hold at 100 °C for 30 minutes.
• Cool slowly in a water bath to room temperature.
• Remove from the mold only after reaching room temperature.
