Multilink Hybrid Abutment is a chemically cured composite cement intended for the final, extraoral permanent cementation of ceramic restorations such as hybrid implant abutments or hybrid crowns on implant feet.

In combination with the universal Monobond Plus primer, Multilink® Hybrid Abutment is able to create a strong and permanent bond between a ceramic structure made of lithium disilicate (IPS e.max Abutment Solutions) or zirconium oxide with a titanium base from which the implant base is made. In addition to the MO 0 (medium opacity) material used in the past, Multilink Hybrid Abutment is now also available in a very opaque HO 0 (high opaque) shade. This new shade provides an optimally esthetic result even in difficult clinical cases, such as the cementation of the IPS e.max hybrid crown made of the LT low translucency ingot on the titanium bead. The practical self-mixing syringe enables precise and accurate application of the Multilink Hybrid Abutment cement directly onto the ceramic restoration and onto the titanium implant base. The acceptable storage of cement at room temperature is an additional advantage of this material.
